VILLAGE OF MILL NECK

PUBLIC NOTICE

A public hearing and meeting will be held before and by the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Mill Neck, Nassau County, New York, at the Village Hall, 32 Frost Mill Road in said Village, on July 18, 2024, at 6:00 P.M.   

The hearing will be on the application of Pironi Development Group, Inc, owner of an 8,000 s.f. parcel of land located at 758 Connecticut View Drive in the Village, designated as Section 29, Block 46, Lot 268-271 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, being located in the Village=s R‑1 Zoning District.  The Applicants seek Site Plan Approval to allow the construction of a new two-story, single-family dwelling with associated site improvements, all as shown on the site plan entitled “Site Plan of Lots 268-271 on a Certain Map Entitled “Map of Mill Neck Estates…”” prepared by Northcoast Civil, L.S. & P.E., P.C. and last dated May 24, 2024.

The above application is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 32 Frost Mill Road between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the time of the hearing. 

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
