VILLAGE OF MILL NECK 
PLANNING BOARD 
PUBLIC NOTICE 

A public hearing and meeting will be held before and by the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Mill Neck, Nassau County, New York, at the Village Hall, 32 Frost Mill Road in said Vi11age, on January 13, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. 

The hearing will be on the application of The Barn at Mill Neck LLC, owner of a parcel of land located at 127 Horseshoe Road in the Village, designated as Section 29 Block L Lot 42 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map and The Chimneys LLC, owner of a parcel of land located at 127 Horseshoe Road in the Village, designated as Section 29 Block L Lots 33 & 714 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map in the Village’s E-1 (5-acre) Zoning District. The Applicants seek final approval to partition the property into two (2) lots as shown on the plat entitled “Partitioning Map” prepared by Northcoast Civil, L.S. & P.E., P.C. and last dated July 2, 2024. 

The above application is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 32 Frost Mill Road between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the time of the hearing. 
All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
