BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
PUBLIC NOTICE
A public hearing and meeting will be held before and by the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Mill Neck, Nassau County, New York, at the Village Hall, 32 Frost Mill Road in the Village on September 30, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
The hearing will be on the application 297 Mill Hill Owner, LLC, owner of a parcel of land located at 297 Mill Hill Road in the Village, designated as Section 29 Block T Lot 200 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map in the Village=s E‑1 (5-acre) Zoning District.
The Appellant seeks to construct entrance piers and gates which will require the following variances:
- To allow the entrance gate to have a maximum height of 10’10” rather than the maximum permitted 6’6”;
- To allow the entrance piers to have a height of 7’4” with wrought iron top to have a maximum height of 9’4” rather than the maximum permitted 6’6”.
The above application is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 32 Frost Mill Road between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the time of the hearing.
All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
