Nassau County is nearing the completion of their work and has advised us that the bridge is scheduled to reopen at the end of the day on Monday, March 25th.

This marks the final closure of the bridge related to the current project, signaling a return to normalcy for our community’s daily commutes and travel plans.

Please note, there may be intermittent closures during work shifts as the bridge is commissioned. These are necessary to ensure the safety and reliability of the bridge for all users.

Should these temporary closures occur, residents will be notified in advance to minimize any inconvenience.
