PUBLIC NOTICE

A public hearing and meeting will be held before and by the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Mill Neck, Nassau County, New York, at the Mill Neck Manor, Manor House Conference Room in said Village, on June 29, 2026 at 6:00 P.M.   

The hearing will be on the application of JDP Family Fiduciary Services, LLC as Trustee of the BAP Exempt Discretionary Trust, created under the Picotte 2010 Family Trust, dated August 12, 2020, owner of a parcel of land located at 163 Factory Pond Road in the Village, designated as Section 29 Block K Lot 311 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, in the Village’s R‑2 (3-acre) Zoning District. The Applicant seeks a Zoning Permit pursuant to Section 129-104(C) to allow the construction of a new single-family dwelling with attached garage, pool and patio within a regulated slopeland.

The above application is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 32 Frost Mill Road between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the time of the hearing. 

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
