RE: Improvements to Cleft Road Drainage
Street: Cleft Road (from Frost Mill Road to Upper Horseshoe Road)

Dear Homeowner,

This letter is to inform you that Stasi General Contracting, LLC will be performing roadway
improvements on your street as part of the Improvements to Cleft Road Drainage Contract
from Monday, June 15, 2026, through Monday July 20, 2026.

The work will include, but will not be limited to, drainage improvements and roadway restoration.
Please be advised that Cleft Road will be closed to through traffic between Upper Horseshoe
Road and Frost Mill Road during working hours while construction operations are underway.
Local access will be maintained whenever possible; however, delays should be expected.

We kindly ask that all residents park their vehicles in their driveways or on adjacent surrounding
streets. Please do not park or leave any vehicles on Cleft Road for the duration of the project.

Working hours are scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Please be advised that there will be limited access to driveways during working hours. Any
disturbance resulting from this work will be restored upon completion of the project.
