NOTICE OF HEARING
VILLAGE OF MILL NECK

A public hearing and meeting will be held before and by the Board of Trustees of the
Incorporated Village of Mill Neck, Nassau County, New York, at the Mill Neck Village Hall, 32
Frost Mill Road, in said Village on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. to consider and take action
upon proposed contract to be entered into between the Incorporated Village of Mill Neck and the
Bayville Fire Company No. 1, Incorporated. The contract is for a seven month period commencing
June 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2026 fire protection service within the Village and its
proportionate share of the Service Award Program. The amount for the 7 months is $66,963.20.
