VILLAGE OF MILL NECK

PUBLIC NOTICE
A public hearing and meeting will be held before and by the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Mill Neck, Nassau County, New York, at the Mill Neck Manor in said Village, on September 23, 2026, at 6:00 P.M.
The hearing will be on the application of Michael & Erika Hatzidakis, owners of a parcel ofland located at 3 LaColline Drive in the Village, designated as Section 29 Block T Lot 214 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, in the Village’s E-1 (5-acre) Zoning District. The Applicants seek the following approvals from the Planning Board:
- Site plan approval and a zoning permit pursuant to Section 129-104(C) to permit the construction of a new single family dwelling with attached three-car garage, covered porches; inground swimming pool with terraces and swimming pool cabana; two (2) detached greenhouses; other site improvements including new driveway, retaining walls, walking paths and patios, which will disturb an area greater than ½ acre, all as shown on the site plan entitled “Site Plan… ” prepared by Northcoast Civil, L.S. & P.E., P.C., last dated August 13, 2026.
The above application is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 32 Frost Mill Road between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the time of the hearing.
All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
