PUBLIC NOTICE 

A public hearing and meeting will be held before and by the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Mill Neck, Nassau County, New York, at the Mill Neck Manor in said Village, on September 23, 2026, at 6:00 P.M.

The hearing will be on the application of Anne Y. and Charles B. Goodwin, owners of a parcel of land located at 135 Horseshoe Road in the Village, designated as Section 29 Block L Lots 16,518,618 & 715 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, in the Village’s E-1 (5-acre) Zoning District. The Applicant seeks a Zoning Permit pursuant to Section 129-104(C) to allow the installation of an earthen berm and two drywells in the rear of the property, within a regulated slopeland.

The above application is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 32 Frost Mill Road between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the time of the hearing.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
