VILLAGE OF MILL NECK

PUBLIC NOTICE 

A public hearing and meeting will be held before and by the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Mill Neck, Nassau County, New York, at the Mill Neck Manor, 40 Frost Mill Road in said Village, on September 23, 2026, at 6:00 P.M.

The hearing will be on the application of Pironi Development Group, Inc, owner of an 8,000 s.f. parcel of land located at 758 Connecticut View Drive in the Village, designated as Section 29, Block 46, Lot 264-267 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, being located in the Village’s R-1 Zoning District. The Applicants seek to amend the decision of the Planning Board dated October 28, 2024 to maintain modifications to the site grading and site landscaping, and to maintain an existing retaining wall, all as shown on the site plan entitled “Composite Topographic Map…” prepared by Northcoast Civil, L.S. & P.E., P.C. and dated August 17, 2026.

The above application is on file at the office of the Village Clerk located at 32 Frost Mill Road between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the time of the hearing.

All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard at said time and place.
